Rough Interior Cleaning

Our rate: $0.30 – $0.40 per sq. ft.

This is the first major cleaning phase after construction work is substantially complete.

Included:

  • Removal of heavy debris, leftover materials, and construction dust

  • Sweeping, vacuuming, and shop-vac service for all accessible areas

  • Initial wipe-down of surfaces to remove thick dust layers

  • Cleaning of interior windowsills, tracks, and frames (light pass)

  • Prep work for more detailed stages

Not included:

  • Deep detail cleaning

  • Final polishing of fixtures, appliances, or cabinetry

  • Adhesive removal

  • Paint/caulk overspray cleanup

  • Interior or exterior windows (beyond basic dusting)

Purpose:
Create a “clean enough to continue working” environment and set the foundation for a detailed final clean.

Final Interior Clean

Our rate: $0.30 – $0.40 per sq. ft.

This is the first major cleaning phase after construction work is substantially complete.

This is the most detailed and labor-intensive phase—where your space is transformed from construction site to move-in ready.

What’s included:

  • Full dust removal from top to bottom (vents, trims, fixtures, cabinets)

  • Polishing of appliances, fixtures, doors, handles, mirrors, and glass

  • Deep cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms

  • Cleaning of baseboards, interior doors, door frames, and hardware

  • Vacuuming and mopping of all floors

  • Final detail touches to prep for handover, inspection, or staging

  • Regular-sized interior windows included

Large Windows / Glass Doors:

  • May be included depending on project scope, height, and access

  • Larger or high-access glass may require an additional quote due to safety and equipment needs

Not included:

  • Exterior window washing (optional add-on)

  • Specialty stain removal (paint, caulk, glue, concrete, plaster, silicone, rust, etc.)

  • High-reach areas requiring scaffolding/lifts unless previously arranged

Touch-up Clean

Bright, modern kitchen with white cabinets, a gas stove, a stainless steel sink, and large sliding glass doors opening to a patio and backyard.

This stage happens shortly before client walk-through or move-in—after contractors have completed their final punch-list.

Included:

  • Light wipe-downs to remove settlement dust

  • Spot cleaning of fingerprints, smudges, and light debris

  • Quick polish of surfaces, mirrors, and fixtures

  • Sweeping/vacuuming/mopping as needed

  • Ensuring the space looks fresh and photo-ready

Not included:

  • Heavy dusting or debris removal

  • Correcting new construction messes created after the final clean

  • Any work resembling a full final clean
